We only service our customers e-bikes. If you have purchased an e-bike from us, the rates below relating to the BRONZE SERVICE will only apply when your two year free servicing plan expires.
The Bike Service
- Motor diagnostics inspection
- Battery inspection
- Safety inspection
- Inspection of Frame and forks for damage
- Front and Rear mech removal clean and lube
- Chain, cassette and jockey wheels removed cleaned and lubed
- Bottom bracket and headset removal clean and re-grease
- Wheel bearings stripped cleaned and re-greased, sealed bearings checked and replaced if required
- Brake alignment checked on disc rotors and V brakes
- Gears adjusted to run smoothly. Cables checked and lubed or changed if required
- Tyres condition checked and inflated to correct pressure
- Change tube if necessary
- Wheels checked and trued
- All bolts lubricated and tightened to correct torque settings
- Final inspection and road test
- Parts are not included
Bosch System - choose from the following
- Software updates – £20 - Plug in to Bosch system and install latest software.
- Diagnose error fault code – £20 - Diagnose and wipe any error fault codes.
- Diagnostic report and update – £30 - Full report of bike details, system history and use history. Also includes software update.
- Drive unit removal and check – £50 - Motor strip from bike, clean and degrease, re-fit and check torques. Also includes diagnostic report and software update.
